Taking time...

When one finds oneself immersed in constant serviceable activities (i.e. marriage or motherhood) one may find that it is extremely difficult to make time for oneself... but it is SO important to make time. Making time... that may be the wrong phrase; one may have to take time from ones serviceable endeavors to be (dare I say) selfish and build on one's own talents. It will be as hard as carving ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics into golden tablets... but it will bring you similar peace - to know you are making room in your life for YOU!

This is a great comment. Our stay-at-home mothers are truly the foundation of our country with strong moral and ethical values and with desires to see this country and their children prospering and making wise choices. If more of these wonderful women could find ways to make room for their own personal progress, they would be strengthened and renewed; some might choose to be more active in their communities and in local leadership. The influence of these women would be powerful, influential, and representative of many moms and families who can't find their voice.
